Al Yaquob Tower is intended to be one of the most compelling structures in the future landscape of Dubai. The 330 metres, 70 storey edifice will mark the group's first foray into the high-stakes skyscraper segment.
The tower distinguishing feature is a clock that will crown the tower and it is set to one of the tallest building in the UAE. This will make it the highest clock in the Middle East and the World.
Al Yaquob Tower will be home to hotel apartments, offices,restaurants, retail establishments,and leisure facilities. Amenities include two swimming pools, four health clubs, saunas, steam rooms, and a gymnasium hall. There will be a twelve-storey parking lot behind the tower, with a holding capacity of up to 360 cars.
The residential areas will consist of 56 studios, 85 one-bedroom units, 74 two bedroom units, 64 three-bedroom units and 4-three bedroom duplexes. An International hospitality chain will run the hotel apartments.
