Water Park: The Aqua Dubai Water Park will be the region's most thrilling water park. It will sprawl over more than 1 million square feet and will feature in excess of 60 water-based fun activities.

Resort: The Aqua Dubai complex will feature a luxurious and especially designed 500-room resort for water enthusiasts. The facility is being designed to offer both excitement and relaxation depending on what the visitor or his group requires. It will have all the various facilities for all family members including swimming pools.

Spa: The luxurious Spa at Aqua Dubai will offer both bathing and healing amenities with highly specialised water therapy facilities designed to soothe and relax as well as heal those utilising its facilities.

Water Shows: Aqua Dubai will feature stunning displays of light, visual image and sound. The sound and light show will use water as a medium to tell the story about ancient Islamic travelers.

Aquarium: The Aquarium at Aqua Dubai will take visitors through a journey, which would revolve around the wonders of marine life. Visitors will be able to experience virtual reality facilities with 3-D animation films that would make the Aquarium come alive.

Dolphinarium: Aqua Dubai will offer an opportunity to visitors to dance with Dolphins. At the Dolphinarium, adults and children alike could admire, learn about and enjoy and interact with a host of friendly sea creatures like Dolphins and Sea Lions and others like Parrots, Iguanas and more. The Dolphinarium will host Dolphin shows.

Museum: The Aqua Dubai Museum will feature true-to-type exhibits of ancient Islamic boats as well as feature old equipment and tools that were used for diving and pearling. It will also house an exhibit of the various varieties and types of pearls.

Submarine Ride: Aqua Dubai will offer visitors a trip through the wonders of the ocean in a submarine with the excitement associated with such a ride. The Submarine Ride will be accompanied by a virtual reality show that will take visitors through the ocean beneath the waves.

Water Show: Aqua Dubai will also feature a brilliant and especially designed water Show that will be displayed on a 100-metre water screen. Lasers and lights will add to the excitement of the show

Dubailand Ski Dome. This ski resort indoor, will comprise inter aliaa directional ski pisteand tracks of snowboard (with 6 000 tons of true snow). "Pinguinarium", aquariums four seasons, spa cold and hot... are also envisaged with the program.

Snowdome will be the first of its kind in the Middle East, providing a complete winter experience to its visitors. This indoor ski resort will comprise of a ski dome, residential towers, hotels, a shopping mall, restaurants, coffee shops and other retail outlets.

The ski dome will be a climate controlled transparent steel dome structure, with a 220 meter (722 foot) diameter and 75 meter (246 foot) height. Its entrance will be marked by two huge real-ice columns and the skidome will contain a rotating ski deck/slope, mountain run, training area, snow play area, toboggan run, flying theater, an iceberg-shaped five-star deluxe hotel, pinguinarium, winter aquaria, snow castle, ice-rink, animal statues, 4-season aquaria, snowfall, sound and light effects, as well as cold and warm bath spas. The Snow dome will feature only real snow, around 6,000 tons (5.5 million kilograms), in its +10 degrees Centigrade winter environment.

Snowdome will be surrounded by 9 Iceberg Residences towers and flanked by 2 Crystal Towers, all with winter themed architecture. The Iceberg Residence apartment buildings will screen the snowdome from the early morning sun.

Jumeirah Lake Towers is a dynamic waterfront community, encompassing attractive residential and office towers alongside hotels, leisure and retail outlets. A total of 79 towers stand tall in this prestigious project. The towers will be clustered in groups of three and will be surrounded by calming lakes, beautifully landscaped gardens and unique waterways. Four winding, man made lakes create a vibrant waterfront environment and provide stunning views from all around. Jumeirah Lakes Towers is situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, between interchanges 5 and 6 right opposite from the Dubai Marina and next to the Jumeirah Islands

Dubai Waterfront forms the first phase of the larger Arabian Canal effort.

The Arabian Canal will give rise to some truly unbelievable developments even by Dubai property standards. The delta forms the base from which Dubai Waterfront will extend several kilometers out into the sea, far beyond Palm Jebel Ali. The Palm Jebel Ali will form about a fifth of the massive reclaimed component of the project. The Dubai Waterfront took two years to plan and is bigger than Manhattan and Beirut in size. The first phase of the project will concentrate on building Madinat Al Arab, a downtown type metropolis.
